For booking door step banking, you can book for it by calling https://www.psballiance.com/ or toll free number 18001213721 or 18001037188. After this an officer of the bank will come to your house. After this, you have to fill a form by giving your Aadhar card, PAN card and PPO number. After this you life certificate will be submitted by this officer.

You do not need to go to the bank to get a life certificate. You can easily download the digital certificate through Jeevan Pramaan portal. For this, you have to visit the Jeevan Pramaan Portal of the Central Government i.e. https://jeevanpramaan.gov.in/. After that, by entering your PPO number, you will easily generate your digital certificate in just 2 to 3 minutes through Aadhaar based authentication.
