Leicester City will sell Patson Daka this summer, as Everton have made a concrete offer for the striker. The Zambian international arrived at the Foxes in 2021 from Red Bull Salzburg, but after scoring just 9 goals in 53 Premier League games, the 24-year-old has been informed that he is free to leave Leicester City in search of regular first-team football.
Daka arrived at Leicester City in a deal worth £23 million, and the Foxes are hoping to sell immediately to generate transfer funds for new signings. It is understood that the King Power Stadium outfit will accept as little as £15 million for the attacker, and Everton, who are currently short of attacking options, are ready to match that fee to sign the 6 foot tall striker.
The 2023/24 Premier League season is due to kick off next week, and Toffees’ manager Sean Dyche is eager to add to his squad prior to that date, with a striker his top priority. Daka will bring the Premier League experience that Dyche is so desperately looking for.
