Delhi Police has arrested a 20-year-old youth because he killed his paralyzed father. The only fault of the father was that due to his physical condition he urinated on the bed itself. This enraged the son so much that he strangled his father to death. The victim has been identified as 45-year-old Jitendra Sharma.
Wife gave information to the police
According to the Times of India report, the name of the 20-year-old youth is Sumit and he does nothing. This incident took place on February 3 in the Anand Parvat area. According to the police, at 9 pm, they received a call from Sharma’s wife, who had called on PCR. In this she mentioned the murder of her husband.
As soon as the call was received, a team of Anand Parvat police station reached the spot and found Sharma lying on his bed. According to the police, it initially appeared to be a case of natural death as Jitendra Sharma was paralyzed and was also addicted to alcohol. After this, when the police investigated another angle, the wife expressed suspicion of murder on the son. After this the body was sent to the hospital for postmortem.
The son revealed during interrogation
After the postmortem, the doctors told the police that Sharma’s death was not normal, but looked like murder. Because death was due to suffocation. After this, a case was registered under section 302 (murder). When the police strictly interrogated son Sumit, the whole matter came to light. Sumit told the police that he had been with his father ever since his mother left him. After this the father got paralyzed and he started taking care of him. On the day of the incident, the father was drinking alcohol continuously since morning and urinated on the bed at night, due to which he strangled him to death in anger.
