Alleging corruption and complicity with criminals, the Panipat district policemen of Haryana, EHC Ashish Kumar, posted in the district, gave the design letter on Thursday. In this case, SP Shashank Kumar Sawan said that Ashish Kumar is accustomed to not doing the assigned duty at the place.
He used to reach different areas to do duty on his own free will. At present, despite its deployment in the East Zone of traffic, leaving its duty, it was raiding against the rule by going to different police station areas.
Haryana Police force is also known for service-security-cooperation as well as discipline force. But chief constable Ashish Kumar was showing indiscipline for a long time by not giving duty at the designated places.

Superintendent of Police Shashank Kumar Sawan said that chief constable Ashish Kumar has appeared several times and talked about mental stress. Somewhere, he is not facing a mental condition, because of this, every time he was not taken action and explained to him and posted on the duty of his choice.
Apart from this, legal and departmental action has been implemented many times against Chief Constable Ashish Kumar due to his involvement in different cases.

Every employee of Haryana Police Department makes every effort to redress the problems. Chief constable Ashish Kumar has given some of his problems in writing today. In this context, counseling of Chief Constable Ashish Kumar will be done if needed to find a solution to the problem.
Even before this, in the year 2018, Chief Constable Ashish has applied for voluntary retirement. Even at that time, after getting counseling done by the higher officials, he was explained and allowed to remain in the department.

Fight in the name of Ashish in Wadhavaram Colony
On the night of September 21, around 8:30 pm, two boys in civil clothes reached outside Chirag’s house in Wadhavaram Colony, Panipat. Where he forcibly asked Chirag about the liquor stores in the area. Chirag refused due to lack of information, then both of them beat up Chirag.
The boys claimed themselves to be the men of chief constable Ashish. In connection with the incident, the victim Chirag got his injury medical done and lodged a complaint in the police station tehsil camp.
Thana Tehsil Camp has registered a case against unknown youths. Apart from this, in connection with the liquor found in a house in Wadhavaram Colony, the accused Jaskreet was arrested by registering a police station camp case.
Allegations against police will be investigated: SP
The SP said that the allegations made by chief constable Ashish Kumar through the media on Thursday about corruption and police involvement in illegal activities would be thoroughly investigated. Police involvement in corruption and illegal activities will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
In the past also, action has been taken against those found involved in such activities. Even now, if any employee is found involved in such activities, strictest action will be taken against him.
