The Parliament session is starting once again on Monday. From last Monday till Friday, both the Houses of the Parliament witnessed an uproar. During this, even for a single day the session could not run completely. While the ruling party is demanding an apology from Rahul Gandhi for the statement made in London, the opposition is adamant on demanding a JPC on the Adani-Hindenburg report. Even today there is every possibility of an uproar.

Here, the opposition parties held a meeting with Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge before the start of the session. In this, all the leaders unanimously agreed to raise their voice regarding the demand for formation of JPC to investigate the Adani case. Apart from this, the issue of sending police to Rahul Gandhi’s house will also be raised in Parliament. The opposition will demand Rahul to speak on the London speech as well.

In the last five-day session, on one hand, about 16 parties of the opposition, including the Congress, were seen together on every front. But the biggest concern for the opposition was the stellar performance of Mamata Banerjee’s Trinamool Congress (TMC).

More than 16 leaders of the opposition had held a meeting in the office of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge before the start of the session on last Monday i.e. March 13. After this, Adani appeared on a platform demanding JPC inquiry on Hindenburg report, on the issue of inflation and corruption. Despite Mamta’s MPs protested separately on these issues.

On Friday, when leaders of 16 opposition parties led by the Congress came to surround the ED office, Mamata Banerjee’s MPs remained absent in this too. Most of the discussion was about the fact that apart from Mamta’s party, MPs of Sharad Pawar’s NCP also stayed away from this protest march.
