About 1 lakh students in Rae Bareli did not get money for uniform. Not only the students, their parents and guardians are also worried. Aadhar card verification is not done. Due to which the children did not get Rs.
There are 2 thousand 2 hundred 98 primary of the district. In which the number of students is more than 3 lakhs. In the first week of August, 12-12 hundred rupees were sent to 1 lakh 98 thousand children through direct benefit transfer.
The money was sent to the accounts of the parents of the children. Still more than 1 lakh children have not got the benefit. This time, along with the parents or guardians, the authentication of the Aadhaar of the students is also being done. There are problems in DBT due to many reasons including non-availability of Aadhaar, bank accounts not being Aadhaar seeded.
District Coordinator (MIS) Avilay Singh said, “The number of registered students in classes 1 to 8 is 3 lakh 2 thousand 612. In the first phase, Rs 12-12 hundred has been sent to 1 lakh 98 thousand 581 children. Rest of the children will also be benefitted.
