More than 100 people pledged to give envelopes when they go to see the patient in future.

  • Wishing for speedy recovery instead of congratulation on envelopes
  • This unique and new initiative has been started by the officers-employees and contractors of the Municipal Corporation.

Even if you do not take the envelope in a wedding ceremony, but if you go to see a patient admitted in the hospital, then you will definitely take the envelope. This unique and new initiative has been started by the officers-employees and contractors of the Municipal Corporation. More than 100 people associated with this new initiative have taken this pledge. Recently, in two separate incidents, he raised Rs 3 lakh 11 thousand 400 for the treatment of 4 year old son of scorched municipal corporation employee Pradeep Sarathe and computer operator Sachin Sahu. On Sunday, this money was handed over to the families of both the needy.

Deepak Singh, the facilitator of this new initiative, says that when we go to a relative’s place for a wedding or any other celebration, we put some money in the envelope and give it as an omen. This is an age-old tradition, which we all have been following. But, when we go to see a relative admitted in the hospital, we leave empty handed, whereas the person who needs financial help the most is in the hospital itself. Keeping this in mind, this thought came to my mind.

more people joining

This idea, which arose in the conversation of two people, was shared by Deepak on the social media group of the officers-employees and contractors of the corporation. These people happily consented and also provided financial help to Deepak for both the victims. More than 100 people have pledged to give envelopes when they go to see the patient in future.

People associated with the campaign say that more and more people will be connected with this new initiative, so that more and more people can be helped. Together we will campaign for this. In the initial planning, it has been decided that apart from social media, people will also be informed about this new initiative during personal meeting, so that people can join it.
