Auto Driver Rapes NRI Women: A case of rape has come to light from Chandigarh, the capital of Punjab. Whose allegation has been made on an auto driver and in this case the police has arrested the accused auto driver. It is alleged that the auto driver along with an NRI woman in the hotel allegedly committed a heinous incident like rape. However, the Chandigarh Police is investigating the entire matter and is also interrogating the accused arrested in the case.
NRI woman raped in hotel
The auto driver arrested by the police for raping an NRI woman in a small hotel in Chandigarh, his name is Sonu and he is a resident of Sector-41. Police said that even though the auto driver has been arrested, but on the other hand many things are being hidden in the story of the NRI woman till now. At present, the police is also verifying this.
NRI woman has filed rape case earlier also
According to police sources, many shocking information has come out in the preliminary investigation so far. In which it has been learned that this NRI woman had filed a case of rape against some people before also, on which action was taken. But, later some people were also acquitted. Apart from this, the police said that the NRI woman has dual citizenship. A case has also been registered regarding this in Sector-36 police station. On the other hand, a Chandigarh police officer told that the auto driver Sonu has been sent to judicial custody. His statement has also been recorded and it is being verified.
