Satna and Jaunpur police had a joint operation
According to police sources, a joint operation team was formed under the leadership of Satna Superintendent of Police Ashutosh Gupta. Along with Jaunpur police, a special team of Satna police of Madhya Pradesh was also involved in this operation. It came to know from the source that Satna police was doing Reiki in Jaunpur for several days to catch the miscreants.
A senior police officer said that the location of the miscreants was found on the side of the highway in Aliganj area of Baksa police station. After which the police traced the miscreants near the railway line on the side of the highway. Along with this, a joint operation by Satna Police and Jaunpur Police was done and the siege was done.
After being surrounded by the police, the miscreants tried to escape by breaking the siege and firing. After which the police fired on those people in retaliation. Police said that the miscreant Anand was injured in the firing, after which he was taken to the hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him brought dead.

Police said that 2 pistols and Swift Dzire car have been recovered from the possession of the miscreant killed in the encounter. Anand was a resident of Usrapur Pachwar, Jaunpur. The scumbag Anand was a member of the Subhash Yadav gang of UP. This gang is active in Jaunpur, Varanasi, Azamgarh and neighboring states.
The police have also arrested Subhash Yadav, the mastermind of the Satna murder and robbery gang and gang criminal JD Yadav. There are 13 cases registered against Subhash in UP, while 8 cases are registered against JD in the state. The miscreants shot dead Sanjay Singh, accountant of the liquor company in Satna and looted 15 lakhs.
