There is relief news for the working women who commute during the night. If a woman faces any inconvenience in reaching home during the night, the police will take her home safely. For this, the woman will have to contact the Faridabad Police. Police has also issued helpline numbers 9999150000, 0129-2227200 and 7290010000 for this.
Police Commissioner Vikas Arora said that this is an important step taken in relation to women’s safety. The security of women will be ensured by the Faridabad Police during the night. Orders have been issued to all police station and outpost in-charges. He said that the purpose of this is to arrest the criminals involved in crime against women as well as to prevent crime from happening.

The Commissioner of Police said that if due to any reason during the night, the above three numbers have been issued for the safety of the women who are stuck on the way and feeling unsafe. He said that many a times women who came to Faridabad from other cities working at night or from other cities stand alone on the way due to lack of means. She feels herself insecure. Women can take help of police by contacting on the above given number.

The CP said that on receiving the information, the PCR or ERV team patrolling around the woman will leave the woman safely in her car and reach her home. He said that the above given numbers are active for 24 hours. Women can get help by contacting any of the three numbers.
