Gangster Serge Sandhu, lodged in the Central Jail of Bathinda, Punjab, has posted on Instagram. He wrote ‘Happy Birthday’ along with the picture uploaded. Many questions are being raised by the re-posting of the jailed gangster’s account. The police had blocked Surge’s account some time ago, but now it has started running again. Bathinda Police claims that someone else from abroad is running the Instagram account of the criminals who are serving sentences.
