District and Sessions Judge Yashveer Singh Rathore’s court has sentenced life imprisonment to three people, including the wife, who murdered her husband along with her lovers. They have also been fined. The husband objected to the knowledge of the illegal relations of the murdered wife. After this, there used to be frequent disputes between the two. The husband used to take care of the family by driving an auto. The wife, along with her two lovers, carried out the incident in April 2019. Both the lovers are cousins and cousins.
Legal cell’s advocate Ravindra Gupta told that Ram Prasad, a resident of Mathura, UP, lived here at Hanuman Nagar Naharpar with his wife Meena (29) and used to drive an auto. Meanwhile, Meena met Gulzar (28), a resident of Mahavatpur, Faridabad. Both had illicit relations. While coming, Meena also met Gulzar’s cousin Dilshad (23), a resident of village Sikrani, Loni Ghaziabad. When the deceased Ram Prasad came to know about this, he protested. There was a dispute between husband and wife regarding this matter.
On April 14, 2019, when Ram Prasad left the room with an auto, wife Meena called her lover Gulzar and told him. Gulzar called his cousin Dilshad and asked him to book an auto for Ram Prasad on the way to Mahavatpur. Ram Prasad did not recognize Dilshad. Gulzar was walking behind the auto carrying the bike. As soon as he reached the forest of Mahavatpur, Gulzar stopped the auto by putting a bike in front of it. Before Ramprasad could understand anything, Gulzar and Dilshad killed him by attacking him with a sharp weapon.
The police had registered a case on the complaint of the deceased’s nephew Yogesh. While hearing the case, the court of District and Sessions Judge Yashveer Singh Rathore sentenced the three lovers, including the wife, to life imprisonment, holding them guilty of murder and conspiring. A fine of Rs 10,000 has also been imposed on the wife and Rs 20,000 each on the woman’s lovers.
