Keeping in view the increasing corona cases in Mumbai, India’s first covid nasal vaccine iNCOVACC will be available for citizens above 60 years of age in Mumbai from Friday (April 28). According to the information, citizens above the age of 60 years can receive a dose of iNCOVACC six months after receiving the second dose of Covishield or Co vaccine.
Vaccination against Kovid-19 through iNCOVACC vaccine from Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation will be done in 24 vaccination centers from Friday (April 28). This work will be started at one vaccination center in each ward of Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Eligible citizens above the age of 60 years can receive a preventive dose of INCOVAK vaccine six months after receiving the second dose of Covishield or Co vaccine.
What is the condition of Covid in the country?
Earlier, according to the data released on Thursday (April 27), 9,355 new cases of corona were registered in India during the last 24 hours. At the same time, 26 people lost their lives during 24 hours. In the last 24 hours in the capital Delhi, 865 infected patients were confirmed in 5117 corona tests. Apart from this, the number of people who have recovered from Corona in the country has gone up to 4 crore 43 lakh 35 thousand 977.
At the same time, a total of 220,66,54,444 doses of corona vaccine have been given. The total number of Kovid cases has reached 4.49 crore. During the last 24 hours in Uttar Pradesh, 627 new Kovid cases were reported in the country. There was one death in Bulandshahr. Apart from this, according to the statistics of the Health Department, the positivity rate of the state is 1.63 percent.
