Minor Girl Gang Rape in Mumbai: A sensational case of gang rape of a minor girl has come to light from Mumbai. Bandra police has arrested two accused regarding this matter. Sources said that the incident of gang rape took place on the night of March 2 at around 01:00 am. The minor girl was going to the medical store to get medicines for her sick mother, when two people kidnapped the minor girl and took her to Virar, where they gang-raped her. Based on the statement of the victim’s minor girl, the police registered a case against the two accused and arrested them.
Kidnapped after drinking intoxicating liquid
The victim’s minor girl is 17 years old and her mother is admitted to Bhabha Hospital in Bandra, where she is undergoing treatment. In her statement to the police, the minor girl told that she lives in a hostel in Mumbai and that day near Bhabha Hospital in Bandra, the accused first made her drink some intoxicating liquid and then took her somewhere in Virar and raped her.
The accused raped again
After the rape, when the minor girl regained consciousness and asked about what happened to her. On this, one of the accused slapped her and threatened that if she would tell anything about this incident to anyone, both her and her mother would be killed. After threatening so much, the accused raped the girl again. This time the accused made his video and threatened to post it on YouTube, Instagram.
Police arrested in these sections
Based on the statement of the victim minor girl, the Bandra police registered a case against the two accused under IPC sections 376(2)(N), 366(A), 328, 506, 323, 34 and POCSO sections 4,8,12 They have been arrested and registered.
