Some cows were sick and not eating fodder etc. Even after calling the vehicle that picked up the dead animal, he did not reach the spot to pick up the animal, while even the president of the cowshed and the sarpanch of the village panchayat are not paying any attention to it.

The ritualistic Vipra Parishad has demanded in the memorandum that health check-up of cow dung should be done regularly in every cowshed.

It is necessary to appoint a veterinary doctor, increase the number of vehicles to pick up the dead animals immediately, adequate fodder arrangements should be made and adequate sheds should be arranged in the cowsheds to avoid rain, sun etc.

During the handing over of the memorandum, the President of the Ritual Vipra Parishad, Pandit Malchand Sharma, Pandit Radheshyam Upadhyay, Pandit Prem Prakash Gaur, Pandit Ram Avtar Sharma, Pandit Rameshwar Sharma, Pandit Ghanshyam Shastri and other members were present.
