Manchester United are prepared to offer Antony in a straight-swap deal to sign Real Sociedad winger Takefusa Kubo in January.
Antony joined the Red Devils for big money from Ajax last summer, but he has been a huge disappointment in the Premier League.
The Brazilian has not scored for 29 straight games and reports claim that United are exploring the possibility of replacing him.
They have their sights on Kubo, who has been brilliant for Sociedad this term with six goals and four assists across all competitions.
It is left to be seen whether Sociedad will consider the proposal, given they have had a mixed first half to the current season.
Sociedad easily qualified for the round of 16 of the Champions League but they are currently sixth in the Spanish La Liga.
They have much work to do to finish in the top four and could be reluctant to lose their best winger at the start of next year.
