With this budget, the state government can catch speed in the direction of industrial development including school and medical sector. Along with the announcements of the last budget session and increase in GST collection, some important announcements are also expected regarding the amount deposited in the government fund, sports policy and reserve fund of modern agriculture.
It is worth mentioning that in the last budget by Minister Harpal Singh Cheema, 300 units of free electricity per month was announced to every household from July 1, 2022. Also, no new tax was imposed.
