EPFO Update: There is good news for the pensioners from EPFO. Employees Provident Fund Organization has announced that EPFO pensioners can now submit Life Certificates Online at any time of the year. EPFO has issued guidelines regarding this.
EPFO has tweeted that EPS 95 pensioners (EPS 95) can now submit the Jeevan Pramaan certificate, which will be valid for one year after submission. Employee Pension Scheme-95 came into effect from November 1995. EPFO has given various facilities to the EPS pensioners for submission of Jeevan Pramaan Certificate. In which digital life certificate can be submitted near your home or at home. The Jeevan Pramaan Certificate submitted through all the means or agencies will be considered valid.

EPF pensioners can deposit Digital Life Certificate in 135 Regional Offices and 117 District Offices of EPFO. Digital Life Certificate can also be submitted at 3.65 lakh Common Service Centers. Digital Life Certificate can also be submitted using UMANG App. India Post Payment Bank is also providing doorstep facility to collect Digital Life Certificate from the home of pensioners. Pensioners can request for doorstep facility by paying a small fee. The postman of the nearest post office will come home to help complete the process of generating the digital life certificate.
