An unknown vehicle collided with the bike of Lekhpal Rajkumar Goswami, in-charge of Bhulekh establishment in Mirganj tehsil, in Fatehganj western town. Due to which he was seriously injured. The police reached the spot and sent them to the hospital for treatment. On reaching the hospital, the doctors declared him brought dead. On receiving the information, SDM Shilpa Aron, CO RK Mishra, Tehsildar Rashmi Kumari and Lekhpal reached the spot.
Rajkumar Goswami was posted in Mirganj about a month ago. He was handling the work of Peshkar of Naib Tehsildar and Bhulekh Establishment. Late in the evening, after completing the work of the Lekhpal office, he was going to his residence Bareilly by bike. Then he was hit hard by an unknown vehicle in front of a procession house in Fatehganj West.
Police sent body for postmortem
Due to which he was seriously injured. The police sent the injured to Bareilly for treatment by ambulance but doctors there declared him brought dead. When the family members got the information about Lekhpal’s death, there was a furore in the family. Police took the body in possession and sent it for post-mortem.
