Kovid positive Lalit Modi shifted to London by air ambulance, wrote a post thanking the doctors


Lalit Modi Covid-19 Positive: Indian Premier League (IPL) former chairman Lalit Modi has been admitted to a hospital in London due to Kovid-19 and pneumonia. He gave this information in an Instagram post along with photos of his arrival at London Luton Airport. He said that he is currently taking the help of an external oxygen system while being airlifted from Mexico City.

Lalit Modi thanked the doctors who treated him in Mexico City and who accompanied him when he was brought back to Britain. He wrote, “With two of my guards, two doctors who closely monitored my treatment for 3 weeks. One is the doctor in Mexico City, under whose care I was and the other my London doctor who was especially close to me.” Went to Mexico City to go back to London. I have no words to thank these two.”

Sharing pictures of the treatment, Lalit Modi said, “After being imprisoned for three weeks due to influenza and severe pneumonia twice in two weeks, I have finally reached via air ambulance.” He further wrote, “I still need time to recover. I am currently on 24/7 external oxygen system. I was in critical condition, but my children and my close friend Harish Salve were with me. They are all my family.” Not to forget the crew of Vista Jet. Who helped a lot.”


Left India in 2010 and went to London

Lalit Modi said that unfortunately, I am still taking the help of external oxygen system round the clock. Lalit Modi left India for London in 2010 following allegations of tax evasion, money laundering and manipulation of broadcast deals. He was the founder and chairman of IPL for three years.
