Kovid-19: How many more variants are yet to come, how long will the corona orgy last?

Seeing the corona havoc in China, the WHO has said that there is no possibility of ending the corona. Many countries including India have also announced that Corona is not over yet. People follow the corona rules.

In such a way, the question has started to arise all over the world that how long will the corona remain and how many variants are yet to come? Let’s know it in detail…

How long the corona will last?
No deadline has been revealed yet. In September, the WHO chief had said that Corona has just reached the finishing line. He had also given a statement regarding the decreasing death toll.

Here, only 2 months after the statement of the WHO Chief, Corona’s havoc has started in Latin America and China. Many European countries have also come under its grip.

How is corona named?
Corona is an RNA virus. The virus keeps changing variants from time to time. Nomenclature is needed to identify this variant. From March 2020 to June 2021, the country where the variants of Corona were found was known by the name of that country.

After the arrival of Delta variant in India in June 2021, a ruckus started regarding the nomenclature. After this the World Health Organization (WHO) used the letters of the Greek language.

How many variants so far?
So far 15 variants of corona virus have been revealed worldwide, but 5 variants have proved to be the most dangerous. Corona originated in Wuhan city of China.

Omicron’s sub-variants are playing
Many variants of corona virus have completely calmed down now, but Omicron’s game is still going on. Many variants of Omicron are still coming out, which is enough to increase the speed of Corona.

The corona virus causing havoc in China is the sub-variant BF.7 of Omicron.

How many sub-variants of Omicron?
Corona has two main sub-variants. First, BA.1 and second BA.2. So far four subvariants of BA.2 have been found in the world. First, BA.2.75, second BJ.1, third BA.4 and fourth BA.5. BF.7 variant has emerged after mutation from BA.5 itself.

How many more variants are yet to come?
China told in a statement recently that 130 variants of Corona have been identified in the country. Information is being gathered about all the variants. Experts say that most of the variants are being created by mutation from BA.5 and BF.7 itself.

CH.1.1 sub-variant found in India
According to the report, a sub-variant CH.1.1 of Omicron was found in Pune city of India on 10th of this month. It is found with delta mutation. This sub-variant is considered to be very dangerous.

According to experts, this sub-variant is very dangerous, but due to vaccination in India, it will not create much havoc here.

What do experts say about the new variant?
Clinical scientist Gagandeep Kang told on Twitter that the behavior of all the variants in the world is no different. If China shares real time data, then the world will get information about the new variant immediately, the danger of which will be averted. India will have to pay attention to the new variant. The variant currently available in China is not very dangerous.
