Collector Priyank Mishra held a hearing in the local resolution program regarding the resolution of selected complaints from the pending complaints of CM Helpline. The Collector heard in 9 selected cases and directed the concerned officers to do it soon.

The Collector listened to the complaint of the applicant Bhavna Sahu not getting the accommodation even after depositing the amount in the PM Awas Yojana. The Collector said that after discussing with the complainant, the Municipal Corporation Commissioner and himself should investigate and report at the earliest.

On the complaint of wrong reading of Shrikant Yadav, the Superintending Engineer Electricity Department was instructed to rectify the readings and issue a revised bill and submit the report. After hearing the complaint of the applicant Rambabu Morya regarding the correction of the map, the Collector asked the SDM Katni to fix the responsibility of the officer who recorded the wrong answer and to report the solution of the matter.

On the complaint of the applicant Munna not constructing Muktidham, CC road, drain, toilet etc. in the government plan, the District Panchayat CEO has been instructed to give the Panchnama report of the site and the amount expenditure and the report of the construction work. On the complaint of possession of the land of the applicant Dipesh, the Municipal Commissioner has been asked to investigate and solve it.

After the death of the applicant Ghanshyam Pal, the complaint of non-payment of assistance amount is not resolved within the time limit and has been asked to impose a fine on the responsible officer and submit a report. After the death of Ankit Kumar’s father, instructions have been given to the District Panchayat CEO to fix the responsibility and submit the report for not giving the assistance amount.
