In Ludhiana, Punjab, a father killed his two and a half year old son by throwing him into a canal. The body of the child has not yet been recovered by the police. The incident is being told of September 1, but the accused has been arrested by the police from Delhi a day before.
It is being told that the accused father had an illicit relationship with a woman, due to which there was discord in the house. For this reason the accused father killed the child.

On the other hand, the wife alleges that her husband has not killed the son, he has hidden the son somewhere. He’s lying. Giving information, Harjeet Kaur said that she has been married for 7 years. Her husband Bhupinder Singh was very much in love with his son Gurkeerat. Even when there was a quarrel at home, he used to say that Harjeet, I can leave you, but not my child.
According to Harjeet Kaur, her husband had an illicit relationship with a woman. The affair of the woman with her husband is going on for the last 5 years. On September 1, her husband Bhupinder had taken the child out of the house on the pretext of moving the child. When he did not return till late in the night, he lodged a complaint at the outpost Katani Kalan.
When the CCTV of the area was seen, the child was seen going with the father. Eventually the police also reached the woman with whom Bhupinder had an affair. After searching the phone details of that woman and tracing the location, the police arrested the accused Bhupinder from Delhi.

Accused Bhupinder Singh admitted before the police that he had thrown his son Gurkeerat into the canal on the night of September 1. So far nothing has been found about the body of the child.
In this case, Kulbir Singh, in-charge of police station Kumkalan said that accused Bhupinder has been arrested. The accused has accepted his guilt. The accused will be produced in the court and remand will be taken so that the body of the child can be recovered.
