Women Take Off Hijab: There has been a ruckus in Iran after the death of 22-year-old woman Mahsa Amini in police custody. The campaign to get justice for Mahsa has now intensified. People have come out on the streets in many places and are protesting against Mahsa’s death. Even the protesting women have demonstrated their strong protest by removing the hijab from the face.
In fact, in Iran, a woman named Mahsa Amini found it so expensive to go against the rules of hijab that she lost her life in police custody. A few months ago, Mahsa was arrested and continuously harassed by the Moral Police of Iran for removing the hijab. In police custody, her health deteriorated so much that she went into a coma, after which Mahsa died. There is anger among women in Iran about this.

Expressing their anger, hundreds of people took to the streets on Saturday to protest. Women also actively participated in this protest. In the pictures and videos going viral on social media, it can be seen that many women are registering their protest by removing the hijab from the face. People also took to the streets in Amini’s home town Sukkaj and raised slogans against the government.

Sharing these pictures, she wrote that the women of Iran-Saghez have removed the hijab on their heads in protest against the murder of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini and raised the slogan Death to the dictator!
