In Una, Himachal, Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia announced the second guarantee i.e. health guarantee to the people of the state. During this, Sisodia targeted the BJP. Said that the BJP is scared of the support the AAP is getting in the country. Efforts are being made to break the government by intimidation, but we will not allow BJP’s conspiracy to succeed. Last time Himachal was given education guarantee.

When the CBI did not get anything, it gave the message that you bring your MLAs by breaking them. Will make you the CM of Delhi. Otherwise you will have to go to jail. On Thursday, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann and Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia reached Jhalda in Una. During this, Manish Sisodia while addressing the public said that Delhi’s health model will be implemented in Himachal. Free and better health facilities will be provided like Delhi and Punjab. Free and good treatment for every citizen. All medicines, tests and operations will be done free of cost.
Mohalla clinics will be opened in every village and ward. All government hospitals will be made luxurious. New government hospitals will be opened. Free treatment will be provided to all road accident patients. Said that AAP is giving guarantee to the people of Himachal. Like others, we do not leave promises and rhetoric in elections.

Manish Sisodia said that on the lines of Delhi and Punjab, the Martyr Samman amount will be given in Himachal also. If Army and Himachal Police personnel are martyred during service, then their family will be given Rs 1 crore as an honor. Manish Sisodia said that 18 percent of the budget is spent on health services in Delhi. Whereas in Himachal only 5 percent. Health services in Himachal are bad.
Said that if someone falls ill in the village today, he has to be brought in a palanquin. The governments of Himachal never thought of providing better health facilities to the people. Better health facilities will be provided in Himachal if AAP government is formed.

Made market for private hospitals: Mann
Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann said that private hospitals have been made a medical market under the rule of Congress and BJP. While treatment in government hospitals was stopped. There are neither doctors nor medicines. Due to which people are forced to go to private hospitals to save their lives. Where people are forced to get treatment for thousands and lakhs of rupees.
People have not been able to get better health facilities during the 70 years of Congress and BJP rule. The general public has to pay tax on everything. Tax is levied from morning tea till bedtime. Tax is given if you drive a mobile, tax if you drive a bike, if you eat milk and curd then tax is paid. BJP and Congress leaders loot the tax money of the public. Bank loans worth crores of friends are waived.
Bhagwant Mann said that the Rajya Sabha is meant to give a place in the Parliament to the intellectuals, social workers, sportspersons and environmentalists of the country. But the leaders of Congress and BJP, whom the public rejects, they reach the Rajya Sabha. Whereas in AAP it is not so. AAP has sent sportspersons and environmentalists to Rajya Sabha. Many workers including Rajya Sabha MP Sandeep Pathak, State President Surjit Thakur, State Spokesperson Pankaj Pandit were present on this occasion.
