Under Tehsil Aaron, 131 cases of house and animal loss have been prepared. Under Tehsil Kumbhraj, 698 relief food grains have been distributed to 890 eligible beneficiaries. Relief food grains were distributed to 207 out of 279 eligible beneficiaries under Tehsil Maksudangarh, the process of remaining is going on.

Collector Frank Noble A has issued comprehensive guidelines regarding relief work. Under the second phase, the assessment of crop damage in the fields of farmers affected by heavy rains/floods is to be done expeditiously after survey and demand letter for the amount should be sent to the Revenue Minister, Madhya Pradesh Government. Under the fourth phase of work, some villages of the district are coming under the grip of floods every year, due to their geographical location. After identifying such villages, a decision has to be taken by putting chaupals in those villages. If the villagers decide to settle elsewhere after getting displaced from the present place, then an action plan should be prepared for the selection of suitable land and other infrastructure to be displaced, so that by taking concrete action in the next 11 months, they will be flooded in the coming years. to be saved from suffering.

In addition, to prepare such action plans for such colonies throughout the city, where flood-like conditions are created in the event of excessive rainfall, so that they are not affected by floods in the coming years. CMO Guna has been directed to complete the work in the next 11 months by planning for deepening, widening etc. of drains. Instructions have been given to visit and contact the houses of flood affected people for 10 consecutive days for their all possible help. The Collector has given instructions to ensure that all the 102 affected villages of the district and 300-400 affected houses of the city take action regarding health check-up and treatment activities, distribution/spraying of medicines etc.
