UP Coronavirus News: In view of the sound of the new variant of Corona (Coronavirus New Variant BF.7) in the country, the Uttar Pradesh government has stepped up its preparations. On the instructions of CM Yogi (Yogi Adityanath), the health department has been kept on alert mode. In view of which the Medical Education Department has taken a big step. Under this, Hospital Management Information System has been started in 22 government medical colleges of the state. It was launched in the presence of Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak and Minister of State for Health Mayankeshwar Sharan Singh.
Along with giving relief to the patients, this system will also help in corona management. The advantage of this will be that patients will not have to wander here and there and there will be less crowd in medical colleges. Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak told that with this software all important information including registration, recruitment, discharge, ambulance, food, medicines, details and availability of doctors will be made online. Patients can register online by downloading the software from the Play Store of the phone. With this, they will not have to go to the hospital and stand in line.
Patients will get all information online
The patient will get all the information about the availability of which doctor in the hospital on which day. Patients will also be able to pay all types of fees online. Patients will be able to extract their health card from the software on their own mobile if all the medical tests or prescriptions are lost from this software. Records of facilities like ambulance, bed allotment, linen, food etc. will be made available to the patients admitted in the hospital through the software.
Till now this system was running in 12 state medical colleges, medical institutes and universities of the state. Today the department started it in 22 more medical colleges. He said that soon it will be implemented in all government and private hospitals and medical education institutes of the state. Principal Secretary Medical Education Alok Kumar, Secretary Medical Education Shruti Singh were also present on this occasion.
