Hindu community helping flood victims in Pakistan, opened temples and gave shelter to people

Hindu Community In Pakistan: Millions of people have been rendered homeless and displaced by the severe floods in Pakistan. These people are wandering from door to door for help. In such a situation, the Hindu community in Pakistan has come forward to help these people. A Hindu temple in a small village in Balochistan has provided food and shelter to some flood-affected people. This is Baba Madhodas Mandir which is helping the suffering people.

Baba Madhodas Temple, located in Jalal Khan village of Balochistan’s Kutchi district, has remained safe from flood waters and is becoming a place to stay for the affected people. This village was cut off from the rest of the province due to floods in the rivers, due to which the residents of the remote area were left to take care of themselves. During this difficult time, the local Hindu community has opened the doors of the Baba Madhodas Temple to the flood-affected people and livestock.

Hindu saint had built the temple

According to locals, Baba Madhodas was a Hindu saint who was respected by the Muslims and Hindus of the region alike. He used to travel on camel. He had crossed religious boundaries. Baba used to see people through the prism of humanity rather than their caste and creed. Let us tell you that the place of worship of Hindu worshipers in Balochistan is often made of concrete. It is built on high ground. Therefore, it remains safe in the flood waters.

Hundreds of rooms are built in the temple

Ratan Kumar is in charge of this temple and his age has become 55 years. He says that there are more than 100 rooms in the temple because every year people from Balochistan and Sindh come here in large numbers for pilgrimage. The people who take refuge here say that we are grateful to them for their help and for giving them food in this difficult time.
