Security agencies are taking full vigil on the Indo-Nepal border. The jawans are keeping a close watch on all the people coming from Nepal.

In such a situation, in view of the possibility of infiltration, strict vigil is being maintained on the border. It is being told that intelligence agencies are also camping on the footpaths including the Sonauli border. Along with this, patrols have been increased for the surveillance of the border by SSB and police personnel.

Intensive investigation is being done at Sonauli main naka. People are being allowed to enter India only after interrogation. The soldiers are keeping a close watch on the footpaths like Hardi Dali, Danda Head, Mudila, Chandi Than, Shyamkat, Bhagwanpur, Samtiha, located on the Nepal border with the district. Along with Assistant General Lalit Mohan Doval, SP Dr Kaustubh is constantly keeping an eye on the border guard. The SP said that every visitor is being investigated so that the infiltration of those who disturb the festivals can be stopped.
