During this, the Hammals apprised the Secretary about their problems. Giving information, General Secretary of Hammal Sangh, Suresh Suryavanshi said that the Hammals working in the agricultural produce markets are being neglected for a long time.

Due to lack of coordination between Hammal and traders, many problems occur. Which harms the attackers. There is a demand in the memorandum that Hammal will not load more than 30 tonnes. In 2023, the Hammali rate of Hammal union is to be increased in the month of March, Amavasya and Sunday are the holidays of the market, no work should be done at the merchant’s shop on these two days and if work is found to be done then any Hammal at that trader’s shop. will not work. For which the trader himself will be responsible.

The pickup which used to come in the Mandi premises used to get their entry which has been closed. Hammal Sangh wants it to be reintroduced at present. Said that in the past, many schemes were run by the government in the interest of the Hammals, but at present many schemes have been stopped. Schemes currently being implemented. Even their hammals are not getting full benefit. Weighing work should be done in 50 kg and loading work should also be done in 50 kg in the market yard. The union says that their demands should be heard at the earliest.
