Punjab President Ashwani Sharma
BJP Punjab President Ashwani Sharma has welcomed the decision of Punjab Governor to stay the assembly session called by CM Bhagwant Mann to present the trust vote of the two-third majority AAP government in Punjab. He said that the governor’s decision to ban the one-day assembly session is in accordance with the Constitution.
Ashwani Sharma said that BJP will march from Sector-37/A BJP headquarters to gherao the house of CM Bhagwant Mann at 11:30 am. Thousands of BJP workers will participate in this fury march. Ashwani Sharma said that everything said by Kejriwal for Bhagwant Mann is the constitution and he considers it his ultimate duty to follow it.
He further said that a letter was also written by the BJP to the Governor in this regard. He has strongly condemned the statement of AAP for questioning the governor’s decision and terming it as murder of democracy.
