According to a statement issued by the embassy, ​​this decision has been taken as part of efforts to further strengthen the relations between the two countries. The Saudi Embassy has given information about this by tweeting.

The tweet states that, “In view of the strong ties and strategic partnership between Saudi Arabia and India, it has decided to exempt Indian citizens from submitting Police Verification Certificate (PCC).”

It states that Indian nationals will not require PCC to obtain a visa to travel to Saudi Arabia. The embassy said that it appreciates the contribution of more than two million Indian citizens living peacefully in Saudi Arabia.
