Gautam Adani who has been given Z category security in which CRPF commandos will be posted under his security. They will be provided security all over the country and they will have to bear the cost of this. It is believed that 15 to 20 lakh rupees will be spent on Z security every month.

According to government sources, the central government’s security agencies had prepared a threat perception report about Gautam Adani. Based on this report, the government decided to give Z security. The Home Ministry asked the VIP security wing of CRPF to immediately take over the security of Gautam Adani and now he has been provided Z security.

Z security to Mukesh Ambani too
Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani was also given Z security by the central government in 2013. He was provided by the UPA government in 2013 after threats from the terrorist organization Hizbul Mujahideen. Mukesh Ambani also raises the Z security himself.
