Gangrape with minor returning after 10th exam in Aligarh, case registered against five people


Aligarh Crime: A case of gang-rape with a 15-year-old minor girl has come to light from Aligarh in UP. Where two bike riding scoundrels kidnapped the girl and took her to a deserted place and called three of their friends and carried out the rape incident with her.

A police officer said that the accused raped the girl and also made a pornographic video of her. Along with this, the accused also threatened to make the video viral on telling anyone about this incident. At present the police is investigating.

The girl was returning from the tenth examination
Police said that the victim’s father works abroad, so his wife has lodged a report in the police station. The girl’s mother said that her daughter is currently studying in class X and on the day of the incident, she was returning home after giving her class X paper. While returning to the village, two bike riding boys on the road forced him to sit on the bike. After that both the accused took him to a secluded place, where three of his friends were already present. After which all the five accused raped in turn.

The accused were from the village of the girl
SP Aligarh Kuldeep Singh Gunawat said that a complaint was given by a 15-year-old girl at Chandaus police station. In which a former acquaintance of his village has been accused of raping on March 3. He told that immediately after receiving the information, the girl was taken to the hospital for medical examination and on the basis of her complaint, a case has been registered in a serious matter.

The SP further said that the accused also made obscene videos of the rape. The accused threatened that if anyone was told about this incident, they would make the video viral. Along with this, the girl was threatened that for doing so, your brother and father would be killed. All the accused have been identified. The names of the five accused are Tarun, son Vijay Pal Singh, Rohit, son Devendra Singh, Golu, son Ramu Chauhan, Pransu, son Mukesh Singh and Bhupendra, son Rokesh. The SP said that a team has been formed to arrest the accused. Police has registered a case against 5 people under the POCSO Act in this matter.
