A Minor Girl Gang Raped In Hubli: A serious case of gang rape has come to light from Karnataka. This shocking incident came to light on Thursday (March 9). According to the police, the four accused first trapped the minor girl in their trap on the pretext of getting her a mobile phone.
After this, he was called from his native place to Hubli city. From there, the accused made him sit on the bike and took him to the outer ring road. After this, the heinous incident of gang rape was carried out at the same deserted place. The police have registered a case against the accused under the POCSO Act.
The victim lodged an FIR
After this incident, the victim minor girl herself went to Gokula police station and lodged an FIR against the accused involved in the incident. In the complaint of the victim girl, she told that two accused knew her and another accused came to know about her through another friend of hers. The victim also told that she can easily identify the other people involved in this as she knows them all.
According to the information received from the police, the victim girl was first taken to a hotel, where the accused slapped her and asked her to keep quiet. The accused also threatened him not to object. After this, she was raped by taking her to the Outer Ring Road. On the other hand, in the gang rape case, the Gokula police have registered a case against the accused under the POCSO Act and have started investigating the incident.
