Kaun Banega Crorepati 14: The reality show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’, which aired on Sony channel, started in the year 2000. Although people from every corner of the country have come on the stage of KBC, but there is a place from where a contestant came for the first time in 22 years.

Contestant Samit Sen arrived from Andaman and Nicobar Island in the latest episode of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 14’. Big B welcomed him and told that, in the history of KBC, Samit Sen is the first contestant to come from Andaman and Nicobar Islands. He asks them how they feel coming here. 28-year-old Samit is pursuing a master’s degree in microbiology from Ram Manohar Lohia Medical College, New Delhi. Contestants tell that, it is like a dream come true for them.

India’s independence from British

The contestants tell Amitabh Bachchan that, there is no such house in Andaman and Nicobar, where KBC is not seen. He also asks that, has he heard that Big B had come there once. Then Big B says that yes he has gone there. After this the independence of India from the British is mentioned. The contestants talked about Sentinel Island on the KBC stage, where freedom fighter Subhas Chandra Bose hoisted the first flag for India in 1943 while declaring the islands. It was the first Indian territory, which became independent from British rule.
