Through this, now the elderly can submit their Digital Life Certificate from home through a mobile app. This life certificate is valid for a year.
Along with this, you can submit this life certificate anytime in a year. The mobile app that has been launched for this is Aadhar FaceRD App. You can easily download it from Google Play Store.
Elderly exempted from going to PF office
The direct benefit of this facility of EPFO will be given to those people who are unable to move due to condition or any disease. Now they will not need to go to the bank to submit the annual life certificate.
Pensioners residing abroad or in any other city can now easily submit their life certificate using the Face Authentication Service. Any retired employee can use this digital service. This facility has been started for the pensioners of the central, state and all organizations.
Submit your life certificate like this
1. To submit Life Certificate, first of all download the Aadhar FaceRD App in your mobile.
2. After that click on Operator Authentication option.
3. After this you click on the authentication option of pensioners.
4. Here you will be asked to fill many details such as Aadhaar number, mobile number, PPO number (PPO) etc. Fill all these things.
5. After that click on Face Authentication option. Here your face will be scanned.
6. After scanning your life certificate will be issued.
7. If for some reason the process of issuing Life Certificate is not completed, then its message will come on your registered mobile number.
