His call center was running in a rented house in Chandernagar. The gang was providing medicines on order to the people through the drug call center.
The gang’s kingpin Shahbaz Khan told during interrogation that he used to get customer data for this business through dark web. Used to supply goods to customers through WhatsApp. In exchange for money, he used to receive money through bitcoin or pay-pal.

Vikas Rastogi, a senior member of the Lucknow Chemist Association, says that online drug business is not allowed under the Drug Act. So it is illegal business. Patients are buying medicines online in the greed of discounts. Up to 20 to 25 percent discount is being given on the purchase of medicines online.
