D-Pharma student living in water tank locality in Bachhrawan of Rae Bareli was kidnapped by miscreants from overbridge on Banda-Bahraich highway. For this, the miscreants demanded a ransom of two lakhs from the family members. Police is probing the matter.
At 6:00 pm on Saturday evening, Vivek Putra Ramfer, a student of D-Pharma, a resident of the water tank locality, went out on the evening walk as usual. The miscreants kidnapped him while crossing the overbridge on the Banda-Bahraich highway in the town. When he did not reach home till late in the evening, the family started searching, but no trace of him was found.

Today, on the phone of father Ramfer, a call came from the son’s phone. In which the son said in a scared voice, Papa save me, then someone else spoke and asked for a ransom of two lakhs in exchange for the son. Father Ramfer immediately informed the police and informed about the whole incident.
Kidnapped student’s phone is switched off
The police started investigating the matter and now Ramfer’s son’s mobile is coming off. There has been no contact since then. The family is horrified by the news of the kidnapping of their son. Mother Raj Kumari is in bad condition.
Police bid case is being investigated
Police Station President Jagdish Yadav said that the incident is being investigated. Teams have been formed. Soon the student will be freed from the clutches of miscreants.
