The District and Sessions Court has punished the three accused with double life imprisonment. These accused are accused of killing two people simultaneously.
Let us tell you that there was a dispute between the two parties regarding the ancestral land in village Tinlaudha. The case pertains to the year 2012. The complainant’s four brothers, Puran, Narottam, Patiram and Naresh, came to their own farm with their opposition Mandal alias Mandleshwar, Balveer, Rajveer and Ajab Singh with them armed with guns and they started firing with guns. This firing was done by Mandeshwar, Balveer and Rajveer, due to their firing Patiram and Narottam were shot and both of them died on the spot. Ajab Singh had absconded after this incident. Which has since been caught now.
10-10 thousand fine imposed
In this case, the court has also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 each against the three accused. On the other hand, the case against Ajab Singh is still pending in the court.
