54623 cases were settled in the Mega Lok Adalat in Azamgarh district.
Mega Lok Adalat was organized in Azamgarh district on Saturday. A total of 54623 cases were settled on the basis of conciliation agreement in this Lok Adalat which lasted till late night. The purpose of Lok Adalats is to provide relief to the public and the litigants. Justice Saurabh Shyam Shamsheri of Allahabad High Court had also said this on the occasion of inauguration. The Justice was interacting with the gathering after inaugurating the Lok Adalat Karo in the Civil Court’s Hall of Justice on Saturday. Justice said that Lok Adalat is a powerful medium of conciliation agreement. Addressing the present students said that the student of law removes the darkness of the society. He provides light in the darkness like a lamp. Along with bookish knowledge, it is also necessary to have practical knowledge. Know your rights and duties and help the common man.

Settlement of family cases through conciliation agreement
Family cases were also heard in this Mega Lok Adalat. Under this, the cases agreed to live together after the settlement in the morning. By giving flowers to 60 couples, there was also best wishes for their future and said that the same can be done with Lok Adalat that you people will forget the differences and start your life afresh once again. A large number of people were present on this occasion.
