Tummy fat can be a stubborn fat to be reduced. Reducing tummy fat through several dietary and lifestyle changes have always been explored by the ones with the weight loss goal. Addressing this, Nutritionist Anjali Mukerjee wrote, “We all have our ‘I just want to lose weight here’ problem zone. Some of us want to lose weight on the hips and thighs but most people both men and women want to lose weight around their waist also known as that stubborn tummy fat. Losing abdominal fat, or belly fat, is a common weight loss goal and most of us have tried all of sorts of diets and workouts to lose this fat.
