The passenger on the bus told that the driver of the bus fell asleep near Threje Dhaba in Doraha. Suddenly he lost the balance of the bus. The bus ran over the divider crushing the cyclist. There was a hue and cry among the passengers sitting in the bus. The people around immediately took them out of the bus and took the injured passengers to the hospital.

Passengers refused to drive the bus
Passenger Devraj told that at 4.15 am the bus driver was washing his face with water. He had told the driver not to drive the bus if he was feeling sleepy, but he did not agree. Passenger Suman told that he was going from Katra to Delhi. The driver of the bus did not control the bus, due to which the accident happened.

The deceased was coming back home from work
Lakhveer Singh, brother of the deceased told that his maternal uncle’s son Indrajit Singh was going back home from work in the morning. He was coming to the M.Sun factory wearing a night suit. The uncontrolled bus has crushed him. The tourist bus driver fled from the spot. The bus driver has been identified as Nirmal Singh.
