In Kaushambi, the woman was thrashed by a mob accusing her of child theft.
The police has taken action on the late night ruckus in Myohar village of Karari Kotwali area of Kaushambi. Police have registered a case against 35 people of the village named and 100 unknown people under serious sections. Last night, the villagers tried to kill a deranged woman by calling her a child thief.
On getting the information, the villagers clashed with the police who came to rescue him. According to the police officials, 4 miscreants of the incident have been arrested. Trying for the rest. The incident took place in Myohar village.
