Corona cases in the country have registered a decline for the fourth consecutive day. According to the Ministry of Health, 7 thousand 633 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours, while 11 people have died. The figure of active cases has gone up to 61 thousand 233.
Earlier on Sunday, 9 thousand 111 new infected had come, while 27 people had died. 10,093 new cases were registered on Saturday and 10,753 on Friday. Maximum more than 11 thousand cases were registered on 13th April. Maximum 29 deaths also occurred on this day.
The recovery rate on Monday was also 98.68%. That is, people are continuously recovering at the rate of 98 percent. In such a situation, the load of the active case is not very high. Kerala (1528) and Delhi (1017) have the highest number of daily cases among the states. On the other hand, Maharashtra (6087) is at number two after Kerala (19,714) in terms of active cases.
More than 67% new cases in top-5 states, Kerala at the forefront
In the last 24 hours, 7,633 new corona patients were found in the country. Of these, 4,469 cases were found in only 5 states. This is more than 58% of the total figures.
Kerala: 1,528 new cases were found here, 1,658 people got cured, while 4 people died. Currently there are 19,714 active cases here.
Delhi: 1017 new cases came here on Monday. The positivity rate has gone up to 32.25%. During the last 24 hours, 4 people died.
Haryana: 898 new cases were reported here last day and 677 people were cured. Currently there are 4,362 active cases in the state.
Tamil Nadu: 521 new cases were found here on Monday and 386 people were cured. Currently there are 3330 active cases in the state.
Maharashtra: 505 new cases have come here. Active cases have become 6087 here. At the same time, 334 people have recovered from Corona.
