BJP workers welcomed CP Joshi with 51 kg garland.
After becoming the President of Rajasthan Bharatiya Janata Party, Chittorgarh MP CP Joshi will take charge today. Joshi along with his supporters from Delhi has left for Jaipur by road at 7 am today. During this, he was warmly welcomed by BJP workers at Shahjahanpur border.
Along with CP Joshi, Rajasthan BJP workers are also coming to Jaipur from Delhi in large numbers.
And now Joshi, after attending the welcome program at Neemrana, Behrord, Kotputli, Virat Nagar, Paota, Shahpura, Chandwaji, Amer and Jaipur city, opened Hanuman ji, Transport Nagar Square, Dharmsingh Circle, Trimurti Circle, Statue Circle at 12 noon: Will reach BJP headquarters by 00 pm. Where BJP’s outgoing president Satish Poonia will hand over the charge of the post of president to Joshi at 12:15 pm. After this, a public meeting will also be organized at the BJP headquarters. In which along with top leaders of BJP, workers from across the state will also participate.

In which place has been given to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President JP Nadda along with newly appointed Rajasthan BJP President CP Joshi and former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje. Due to which the round of discussions has started in the political circles.
Earlier on January 24, during the tenure of Satish Poonia, space was given for the first time in the big hoardings at the party headquarters. Since then, the round of discussions had started regarding the change in the politics of Rajasthan.
In fact, Vasundhara Raje’s picture was removed from the hoardings at the party headquarters after Satish Poonia became the president in Rajasthan. In January this year, when BJP National President JP Nadda visited Rajasthan. Then once again Vasundhara Raje’s picture was included in the hoardings at the BJP headquarters. From that time itself the discussions of change in the politics of Rajasthan had started. At the same time, the picture of Satish Poonia, which remained intact in the holdings at the BJP headquarters for the last 3 years, has been removed.
BJP President CP Joshi along with Union Minister Kailash Choudhary and several BJP MPs and MLAs are also present.

Chandra Prakash Joshi has reached the Lok Sabha twice from Chittorgarh. He won the election from this seat first in 2014 and again in 2019. In the 2014 general elections, he defeated senior Congress leader Girija Vyas. Joshi has been the state president of BJP’s youth wing, BJYM. He became the 15th President of BJP Rajasthan and 7th Brahmin President. Earlier Harishankar Bhabhada, Bhanwarlal Sharma, Lalit Kishore Chaturvedi, Mahesh Chandra Sharma, Raghuveer Singh Kaushal and Arun Chaturvedi have been Brahmin state presidents. After changing the president, the formation of new state executive will be a challenge before the BJP.

CP will remove the shortage of Kataria
By making CP Joshi the state president, BJP has tried to help Mewar. Brahmins and Vaishyas are the big vote bank of BJP in Mewar. After Gulabchand Kataria, who was an MLA from Udaipur, was made the Governor of Assam, the BJP was left with no effective leader in Mewar.
In such a situation, by giving new responsibility to Joshi, BJP has tried to strengthen itself in this belt. Udaipur, Rajsamand, Chittorgarh and Banswara districts have a sizeable vote bank of Brahmins and Vaishyas.
Brahmin president for 22 out of 42 years
CP Joshi, who was made BJP state president, participated in the Vipra Mahapanchayat held in Jaipur on Sunday. In the Mahapanchayat, he had learned to protect Sanatan and work in the interest of the society and not criticize the leaders of the society without any reason. Now by making him the state president, the BJP has tried to give a message to the Brahmin voters.
Brahmin has been the biggest core voter of BJP. In such a situation, this appointment is being considered important for helping this large section. In the history of more than 42 years of BJP, the State President in Rajasthan has been from this class for more than 22 years.
