In Delhi’s Kanjhawala hit and run case, the local court on Thursday took cognizance of the charge sheet filed against the 7 accused. The police had filed an 800-page charge sheet in the case. Metropolitan Magistrate Sanya Dalal asked the Seychelles court to hear the matter on April 18.

Please tell that on the night of December 31, 2022, 5 youths riding a car had hit 20-year-old Anjali in Delhi. After this Anjali was dragged for 12 km. After the accident, the accused fled with the car. According to the police, the girl died on the spot.

4 accused were accused of murder, 2 got bail
On January 2, the police arrested Deepak Khanna, Amit Khanna, Krishna, Mithun and Manoj Mittal in this case. The court had granted bail to two accused Ashutosh Bhardwaj and Ankush. At the same time, the bail plea of ​​Deepak Khanna was rejected by the Seychelles Court.

According to the police charge sheet, Amit Khanna, Krishna, Mithun and Manoj Mittal have been charged with murder, while Amit Khanna and Ashutosh were also booked under the Motor Vehicles Act. All the accused were booked on charges of criminal conspiracy, destruction of evidence, harboring an offender.
