3 high level meeting of center in 3 days
To deal with the Corona epidemic, the central government held three high-level meetings in three days. Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya held a meeting with state health ministers on Friday. He insisted on adopting the strategy of T3 i.e. Test, Track and Treat.
Mock drill will be held in hospitals on December 27
Mandaviya has asked the states to conduct mock drills of health facilities in hospitals on December 27. Especially warned the states regarding oxygen plants and ventilators. 164 cases, 3 deaths in last 24 hours
In the last 24 hours, 164 new cases of corona have been reported in the country, while 9 people have died. Of these, 2 deaths occurred in Maharashtra and one death in Delhi, the remaining 6 deaths occurred in Kerala, which is the earlier data and has just come to the fore. The total cases of corona in the country have increased to 4,46,77,903, while the death toll has reached 5,31,925. There, 4,41,30,223 people have been cured.
IMA said – no need for lockdown
Dr. Anil Goyal of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) said on Thursday that there would be no need for a lockdown in India. According to IMA, the immunity of the people of India is stronger than that of China. 95% of India’s population has immunity against Corona, so there will be no lockdown in the country.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a review meeting
During the meeting on Thursday, PM Modi appealed for wearing masks and social distancing. Apart from this, he stressed on increasing testing and getting genome sequencing of Covid samples done. He said that festivals are coming so people should wear masks. After the meeting was over, the Ministry of Health issued guidelines for international travelers. From December 24, it will be implemented at international airports across the country.

- Physical distancing has to be followed while getting off the flight. Thermal screening of all passengers will be done at the entry point.
- If symptoms are found in a passenger during the screening, he will be isolated and sent for treatment. Random sampling of 2% passengers of international flights will be done.
- These passengers will be selected by the airlines, who will be from different countries. They will be able to leave the airport only after giving the sample.
- If any sample turns out to be positive, it will be sent to the lab for genome sequencing. Such passengers will be treated as per protocol and will be isolated.
- On returning from the journey, all the passengers will take care of their health. If symptoms appear in any of these later, they will inform about it at the nearest health centers.
- Children up to 12 years will not be included in the random sampling. However, if symptoms develop during or after travel, they will be treated as per standard protocol

1. CM Yogi asked to increase the number of testing and doctors
UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday held talks with a team of experts regarding Corona. In this meeting, the CM talked about increasing the number of testing and doctors. 2. Hospital ready to treat 500 patients in Bihar
