The order of parole of Dera Sacha Sauda chief Ram Rahim, who is imprisoned in the case of sexual abuse and murder of sadhvis, has come to the fore. In the order of the Divisional Commissioner of Rohtak, 8 conditions have been imposed for parole. However, there is no mention of the ban on online satsang of Ram Rahim. Nothing has been said about the ban on the release of Ram Rahim’s song.
Ram Rahim has recently come out of Rohtak’s Sunaria jail on parole for 40 days. Dera Mukhi is currently living in Barnawa Ashram in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. From where he is giving discourses to devotees in many states like Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh through online satsang every day.
In the petition filed in the High Court, it was alleged that Ram Rahim was doing satsang contrary to the rules. This threatens to disturb the peace as there is a protest in Punjab.
These 8 conditions in Ram Rahim’s parole
1. Ram Rahim will not leave the Baghpat ashram during parole. DM’s permission will be necessary to go.
2. During the parole, Ram Rahim will have to inform the DM of Baghpat about every change in the venue or program.
3. The Dera chief will have to remain completely calm outside the jail. Along with this, you also have to behave well with other people.
4. At the end of the parole period, Ram Rahim himself will surrender before the jail superintendent of Rohtak’s Sunaria jail.
5. Ram Rahim will fill a bond for the DM before his release on parole. Also, for security, two sureties of Rs 3 lakh will be presented.
6. In case of insolvency or death of the bailee, the Haryana government will order the prisoner to submit a fresh bond immediately.
7. The amount deposited with the State Government will be forfeited if any condition of the bond is not fulfilled.
8. Ram Rahim will have to cooperate with the police and local administration regarding the conditions given in the report prepared by DM Baghpat.

Baghpat’s DM-SP made a report
On the application of parole, the report of the DM and SP of Baghpat (UP) along with Rohtak Jail was also made the basis. The report of both the UP officials found that Ram Rahim is eligible for temporary release on parole. Based on the report, the Rohtak administration granted 40 days conditional parole to the prisoner.
The queue of leaders in online satsang
Ram Rahim has started online satsang as soon as he comes out of jail. BJP leaders have started reaching it. Karnal Mayor Renu Bala reached first. Then Haryana Deputy Speaker Ranbir Gangwa and Hisar Mayor Gautam Sardana’s wife also joined to seek blessings.
Not only this, the Transport Minister of the BJP government in Himachal Pradesh, Bikram Thakur has also joined the online satsang. At the same time, a former Union Minister from Rajasthan participated. The video of Aam Aadmi Party minister Fauja Singh Sarri from Punjab also going to the camp has gone viral.
Haryana Deputy Speaker Ranbir Gangwa also reached the satsang to seek blessings.
Parole being linked to election
After the leaders arrived in the online satsang, it is being discussed that Ram Rahim was not brought out because of the Adampur by-election and panchayat elections in Haryana and the assembly elections in Himachal Pradesh. However, CM Manohar Lal Khattar and Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij have made it clear that Ram Rahim has been given parole as per rules. The government has nothing to do with it.
The matter reached the High Court
The matter of parole of Ram Rahim, who is serving a sentence in the Sadhvi sexual abuse and murder case, has reached the High Court. Advocate HC Arora of Punjab and Haryana High Court has filed a petition against the parole.
In the petition, the Haryana government has been accused of ignoring the rules during the parole of Ram Rahim. He has also raised questions on Ram Rahim’s online satsang and song release on Diwali.
