Kaun Banega Crorepati 14 Update: It is not easy to sit on the hotseat of the quiz based reality show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’, which is aired on Sony channel. A contestant who came in the latest episode also surprised host Amitabh Bachchan with his knowledge.
In the last episode of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 14’, animal doctor Rohit Gupta from Jalandhar sat on the hotseat. Rohit Gupta answered all the questions asked by Amitabh Bachchan very well, seeing that Big B also became his admirer. However, he did not take the risk on one question, even though he knew the answer to that question. Because of this, he lost Rs 75 lakh.
What was the question for Rs 75 lakh?
Rohit Gupta had given the correct answer to the question asked for Rs 50 lakh and he came close to winning ‘Dhan Amrit Dwar’ i.e. prize money of Rs 75 lakh. Amitabh Bachchan asked her for Rs 75 lakh- In which Indian city was the first American woman to win an Olympic event born?
The options were given, A- Chennai, B- Bengaluru, C- Mumbai, D- Kolkata. The correct answer is- Kolkata
Contestant left the game
Rohit Gupta knew the answer to this question, but he was a bit confused. He didn’t take the risk and left the game. On the way, Amitabh Bachchan asked to give an approximate answer to this question. Contestant locked the correct answer ‘Kolkata’. His answer was correct. Amitabh Bachchan said that, when he knew the right answer, why did he not reply. However, the contestants walked out of the show with Rs 50 lakh.
